Before appointing IBG, Reliance House had a heat network but no way of monitoring usage or costs incurred by tenants. We successfully installed heat meters in each apartment which enabled the landlord to get an accurate measure of energy used throughout the building and bill tenants appropriately. The system achieved payback in three months and increased net profits substantially.
